‘Open the right doors using LinkedIn’ is a training event open to all members of the GSAL Business Networking Group and run by Michelle Beckett, one of the UK’s leading LinkedIn experts.
Michelle, known for being accessible and jargon-free, will show you how to make LinkedIn open the right doors for you quickly and easy.
The event will be held at The Grammar School at Leeds on Wednesday 10 May at 18:30 – 19:30. Places are free but limited so please register your attendance.
Recently named as one of the most influential women in UK technology, Michelle Beckett co-founded Network Purpose, a start-up ‘tech for good’ platform, and is passionate about showing non-profits, businesses, young people and job seekers the best way to build profile and relationships, on and offline.
LinkedIn recently awarded Michelle their ‘best connected’ award for women. Seen as one of the UK’s leading experts on LinkedIn, Michelle was one of the first million members back in 2004, and her network reach currently extends to over 20 million individuals. She has featured live on BBC1 debates, and in national press including The Times, The Guardian, Marie Claire and Business Quarterly. Her work in supporting charities and good causes in how to build networks and business relationships has won her funding and support from the Cabinet Office. She blogs for the Huffington Post UK, and is a trustee of the BHA.
