Delivering secondary SRE with confidence

Who is it for

Any secondary practitioners with a responsibility for delivering Sex and Relationship Education (SRE)

Brief synopsis of workshop:

The workshop will provide a brief update on the current status of SRE and aims to raise staff knowledge and confidence to enable them to deliver emerging SRE issues concerning children and young people.

What you will get out of it:

An understanding of the current status of SRE, along with some practical information and resources to enable you to confidently deliver some of the emerging topics within SRE.

Profile of facilitator:

Emma has worked with in Leeds Children’s Services for over 16 years and has a vast amount of experience working within the field of teenage pregnancy and sexual health. She is currently working as a Health and Wellbeing Officer for the Health and Wellbeing Service and is in the process of completing a Master’s in Public Health – Health Promotion.
