Workshop facilitator

Stephen Logan

Name of Workshop

Leading with values and purpose

Who is it for

Teachers and leaders at all levels.

Brief synopsis of workshop :

Why is it that some leaders and organisations are able to inspire greater loyalty and engagement among their employees? How are they are able to achieve and sustain inordinate amounts of success for years on end?

Every single organisation on the planet, even our own careers, function on three levels:

  1. What we do
  2. How we do it; and
  3. Why we do it.

Leading with values is leadership that steps outside of measuring success by prestige, personal wealth and power. It is a practice of identifying what matters to you, what you stand for and what values you have in your life. With this basis of knowing your purpose, making the right decisions in life and leadership becomes easy.

What you will get out of it

Leadership experiences, research and reflections. More questions than answers but lots of learning.
