Parents of prospective pupils - please contact the Registrar - see ADMISSIONS.
Parents of existing pupils - your first point of contact for most issues concerning your child is the class teacher; she is usually available for a short discussion, or to arrange a mutually convenient time for a longer discussion, every day at 8.20am to 8.40am and 3.30pm to 4.00pm (3.45pm on Wednesdays, when our staff meeting begins). Alternatively you can ring and leave a message, or email Rose Court's office, and the teacher will get back to you at the first opportunity.
If the matter is wider, more serious or continues to be unresolved, then you should contact the Year Group Co-ordinator or one of the Deputy Heads (Mrs Wallen for curriculum and learning issues, Mrs Campbell for pastoral and extra-curricular issues). If the matter is still unresolved, then contact Miss Pickering, Head of Rose Court. A Child Protection issue can be raised with one of the designated staff, Miss Pickering or Mrs Campbell. lf your query relates to a specific event or activity, please contact the member of staff responsible. If you are uncertain, please contact the Rose Court office.

If not, or if you have mislaid them, they are available below. Alternatively you can ring/email Junior School and leave a message, and the teacher will get back to you at the first opportunity.
If the matter is wider, more serious or continues to be unresolved, then your child's Year Group Leader should be contacted. If the matter is still unresolved, then contact the Head, Mr Robert Lilley. A child welfare issue can be raised with the Junior School's Deputy Head (Pastoral), Mrs Judi Oxley.
If it relates to a specific event or activity, then contact the member of staff responsible. If you are uncertain, please contact the Junior School office.

If the issue is essentially a pastoral one, and if it remains unresolved, or if it is more serious, or if it is a wider issue, then please contact the Head of Year, whose details are listed below. The ultimate point of contact for pastoral issues is the Deputy Head (Pastoral), Mrs Chris Bamforth.
If a single academic issue remains unresolved, or relates to wider academic issues, then you should contact the Head of Department of the subject area concerned. If the matter continues to be unresolved, or if the academic issues are more serious and/or wider than a single subject, then please contact the Deputy Head (Academic), Dr Ian Hotchkiss.
