The Grammar School at Leeds is delighted to be hosting the Teaching and Learning Leeds Conference, now in its fourth year, on Saturday 22 June 2019. This year’s conference, ‘Exploring the Heart of Teaching’ will help all delegates recall their own personal reasons which inspired them to teach whether they are in their first or fortieth year in the profession and provide practical ways to help every teacher teach from both the ‘heart’ and the mind.
We are delighted to welcome two inspiring keynote speakers to open and close our conference, Rev Kate Bottley, broadcaster, Church of England priest and former teacher and Craig Barton, maths teacher, a Secondary Maths Adviser to TES, author and host of the Mr Barton Maths Podcast.
Teachers of EYFS, primary and secondary stages are all welcome at TLLeeds19 with a fantastic choice of workshops for everyone in the categories of Teaching & Learning, Leadership, Meeting individual needs, Primary and EYFS and subject-specific (maths, English and design technology).
Admission is £25 which includes lunch. Delegates are welcome to attend the two keynotes and can choose up to FOUR workshops.
If you have any questions regarding the conference please get in touch with Anna White at email@example.com
