Profile of facilitator Matthew West is a secondary school Principal and Executive Leader within the Red Kite Learning Trust. He has worked for Ofsted as an inspector of schools for five years and has completed the NPQEL. Matthew has a Masters degree in Leadership and Management in Education and extensive experience in executive coaching.
