The workshop will also introduce the thinking behind collective group efficacy as a vehicle ensuring success in your future planning. As well as looking at the power of narrative as part of your visioning for your team or mission.

Profile of facilitator
Matthew West is a secondary school Principal and Executive Leader within the Red Kite Learning Trust. He has worked for Ofsted as an inspector of schools for five years and has completed the NPQEL. Matthew has a Masters degree in Leadership and Management in Education and extensive experience in executive coaching.
